Valentine's Day and the 100th Day All in One!

 We celebrated Valentine's Day by exchanging Valentines and having an Ice Cream Sundae Party.  Thank you to all of the families who donated items for our party and thank you to Galliker's Dairy for their donation of ice cream for our entire grade level.

 Due to the Snow Days we've had, the 100th day was on the same day as our Valentine's Day Celebration.  We did a variety of 100th day Math Activities.  

We solved some difficult Math problems to find 100 on the 100 Grid.  The students really enjoyed finding the mystery picture.

 Students made Valentine Man Card Collectors.

 I have been making these with my firsties for many years and they are always so cute!

After our Everyday Math lesson, we solved riddles to create a heart on the 100 Grid.  

 

Then it was time for our Sundae Bar!  Thank you to all the families who donated items to make it a success!

Valentine's Day 2015

 

We celebrated Valentine's Day in Room 23 on Friday, with the exchange of Valentines and an ice cream sundae party.  Thank you to the families who donated the toppings for our sundaes and to Galliker's for donating the ice cream!
