In Science, we. Are working on a unit on Physics. On our first day, the students used a variety of objects to discover the motions and force of push and pull.
This week we are learning about the three types of energy. Yesterday we started with heat energy by doing an experiment with chocolate kisses. Above is a photo of the results. We used this resource to record our findings.
In Math. We are working with fractions. Above are our fraction pizzas.
We also made Fractionpillars, naming the fractions for the colors of each Fractionpillars.
We used Smarties candies to describe fractions, sorting them,then naming the fractions for each color of candy.
